A few words about app

Absences is an app that allows you to create vacation requests and send them to your manager.The app is dedicated to small teams and can be used by everyone in your organization to help track employees' absences.The approval process is sending a new event in user calendar after manager approved. You can also track your team absences directly from the app on list view and calendar view.You can also use the app to help you plan your work and future projects.

I’ve got a master’s degree in psychology and I am academically passionate about UX, advertising and anxiety management. After a two-year development in the field of marketing in a multinational corporations and a time of searching for myself, I found myself as a consultant in LC/NC solutions.

In my work, I focus on solving problems, taking into account the expectations and satisfaction of the customer and making the user experience as pleasant as possible for the end users. What I value most is open communication, good “crispy” design and honesty.

I am a mother of far too many animals. I believe that only radical empathy will save us.

Michał Guzowski

Entrepreneur, strategist, architect, consultant and programmer. He’s been in IT industry since 2012. He has been working with Low-Code / No-Code platforms and Citizen Development since 2018. He is the founder of the consulting company Developico and the educational company No Code Masters.

He co-creates the Low-Code / No-Code community in Poland, around large vendors: Microsoft, Google and Amazon. He has been awarded the title of Microsoft MVP three times in the Business Applications category.

I help my clients develop their companies by undergoing digital transformation using Low-Code / No-Code platforms and process automation.

Privately, husband and father two sons. In his spare time, he reads books or plays games on the console. I’m interested in business models, psychology, management and IT.
